How I found it

Nested session, Wi-Fi & internet > Saved networks. Typed into DNS (1.1.1.1 9.9.9.9), clicked Bluetooth in the sidebar, came back: the field was back to 1.1.1.1, no prompt or warning. The only Save button is at the very bottom of a long page.

Explanation

Pages that use an explicit Save (Saved networks, Lock, Screenshots, Launcher, Shortcuts, Backup) keep form state in the component, which is torn down on navigation. Other pages apply instantly (Bar, Windows, Default apps), so users cannot predict which model a page uses.

Expected: either apply-on-change everywhere (with undo), or a sticky "Unsaved changes: Save / Discard" bar that appears on edit and blocks navigation with a confirm.
