Part of ECO-EP1 (see ECO-66).

Requirements

  • Master toggle for allowing report upload (default OFF; Save to file always available).
  • Launch breadbug button.
  • History of reports the user has sent or saved, with receipt IDs, and a "request deletion" action (calls the server delete-by-receipt endpoint).
  • Per-app exclusion list (apps that never store logs or appear in reports).
  • Retention/size cap for the local store; "Delete all local breadbug data" (wipes the breadd store via its wipe API).
  • Shows exactly what categories of data a report contains, linking to the privacy page.
  • Keybind shortcut is handled by the existing keybinds editor; do not duplicate it.

Acceptance

  • Toggling off while a report is queued offline stops the queue and prompts to discard or keep.

Implemented in bos-settings PR #62 (based on fix/v2-review-gaps, the v2 UI branch). Done: sending toggle (off by default), fix-notification toggle, open reporter, per-app exclusions applied live, consent text, history with delete-from-server, delete local data, queue view/discard, and the discard-or-keep prompt when turning sending off with queued reports (verified in a headless browser with mocked backend calls). Not done from the requirements: a retention/size-cap control for the local store (the limits exist in breadbug.toml under [store] but the page does not edit them), and an explicit link from the page to the breadhelp privacy guide. Not exercised in a real running Tauri window.
