packaging/bibata: ship only the Bibata-Modern-Ice variant

Upstream tarball has 12 variants. BOS only selects Bibata-Modern-Ice;
keep that plus the left-handed -Right sibling. Needs a [breadway]
rebuild to take effect on the ISO.
