v0.6.2 ISO succeeded and force-pushed stable to the tag. Packaging workflows used branches: ['**'], so that marker push rebuilt bibata/pywal/yay from the tag commit (no 409 handling) and went red (runs 156-158).

Limit those workflows to main / fix/** / feature/**. Tags and stable are ignored.

Does not bump a BOS version or retag.

ISO fast-forwards the stable marker to the release tag. Packaging
workflows used branches: ['**'], so that push rebuilt bibata/pywal/yay
from the tag commit (no 409 handling) and went red. Limit them to
main/fix/feature so tags and the stable marker are ignored.
