Clarify that breadman is the fuller notes manager in the release summary and breadpad entry. The lockfile change description is accurate: v0.6.1 had both binaries optional, and v0.6.2 made them required.

Verified with git diff --check and the v0.6.1-to-v0.6.2 lockfile diff.
