Two CI changes, both follow-ups to ECO-38. (1) ci/build.sh clones bread-ecosystem into a private temp dir, marks it .ready and renames it into place under a lock. (2) ci/bread-ecosystem.rev moves to bread-ecosystem 7e27d78, which adds the per-product build lock and mounts the host's /etc/passwd and /etc/group into the build container. Supersedes #9 and #10.

- ci/build.sh clones bread-ecosystem into a private temp dir, marks it
  .ready and renames it into place under a lock, instead of a
  non-atomic check-then-clone that could leave a half-built tree for
  another job.
- ci/bread-ecosystem.rev moves to bread-ecosystem 7e27d78, which
  adds the per-product build lock and mounts the host's /etc/passwd and
  /etc/group into the build container.
