How found: Nested-session walkthrough (BAR-38): searched "kit" with two kitty windows open; the highlighted row lost its "kitty · ws 1" sub label while the other row kept "kitty · ws 2". Code: mark_selection sets slot.sub.set_visible(!selected) (src/stage/mod.rs).

Confidence: High. Reproduced; behaviour is explicit in the code (it mirrors the mockup's .row.sel .sub{display:none}).

Explanation: The row you are about to activate is the one that stops telling you which window it is. Two windows with the same title cannot be told apart once selected. Expected: the sub label stays, the action badge is added. Impact: switching to the wrong window.
