User: "make sure claude code uses the breadboard MCP properly and tracks what it is doing (like moving a task to DOING before working on it)."

Two layers:

MCP tool descriptions (create_issue was already fine; move_issue/update_issue now state the expected lifecycle explicitly: backlog/todo -> doing when work starts -> review once implemented but not verified -> done only once verified/deployed).
A machine-wide PreToolUse hook on mcp__breadboard__move_issue|update_issue: when a status change targets review/done while the issue's current status is still backlog/todo, it allows the action but injects an additionalContext nudge pointing out the skipped doing step. Advisory, not a hard block (legitimate exceptions exist — trivial admin issues, backfills). Verified firing live against a real (disposable) issue.
