Implement the approved redesign of apps/web. Mockup: https://claude.ai/artifact/4vVSisNiw963HcwSrwaUhS (private to the owner).

Scope (numbers match the mockup's change markers):

Sidebar navigation (views, cycles with progress rings, projects with open counts) replacing the header filter row
Cycle strip on the board (dates, days left, status mix, points done)
Readable column headers with status glyph, count and point total; Doing gets its own colour, separate from the accent
Cards: status/priority glyphs, mono key with project tick, label dots, PR chip, points, sync mark, assignee avatar
Filter chips; assignee dropdown merged into "Assigned to me"
Issue panel: property grid with menus, relations rows, merged comments + activity timeline, full-width composer, delete in a menu; reads from the store
Palette: grouped results, glyphs, highlighted matches, inline quick fields (!high #bug @me ^BAR ~3)
Backlog grouped by status
Roadmap with cycles as columns
Neutral confirm toasts with Undo, red only for errors
Shortcuts respect modifiers; Esc closes the top layer only
Phone layout below 860px

The bugs filed alongside this issue get fixed in the same branch (feature/web-redesign).

Implemented on feature/web-redesign, PR: #76 (also fixes BB-77 through BB-88). Verified locally against a seeded breadboard-server in headless Chromium: svelte-check clean, production build passes, original bug reproductions re-run and fixed. Not yet deployed.

Merged (squash, b09d85e) and deployed to breadboard.breadway.dev on 2026-10-01 at 16:45 local. The image was pre-built on Hestia from the same tree while the old container served, then the container was recreated with a 1s stop timeout. Measured outage: 32s of 502s at the public URL. The app itself was listening within 50ms of start; the time went to Docker daemon network/mount steps on a loaded host (load ~13 with CI jobs running), see BB-91 for the related SIGTERM issue. Verified live: the new bundle (index-C6ATm_Gn.js) and fonts are served, the authenticated API responds, and SSE headers flush through Caddy. Rollback image kept as breadboard:prev on Hestia.
