Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
How found: audited ~/.config/opencode/commands/bb-{work,spec,status}.md, agents/breadboard-{implementer,reviewer}.md and plugins/bb-status on 2026-10-12. Saved session ses_ed5dd2bf8ffe0G82wA0ZSs92FL marks ten unimplemented TODO cards session-done.
Confidence: high. Command instructions explicitly count skipped work as done and status excludes it from both remaining and unplanned.
Explanation: selection excludes advertised backlog/review scope, worklists overwrite rather than resume, dependency merges and review rework have no completion loop, and reviewer marks done immediately on merge. Fix local OpenCode commands and reviewer, add validated atomic session tracking and honest progress, and preserve permission boundaries. Completion requires review, merge and appropriate verification, never a failed-review override.
Local OpenCode fix applied in ~/.config/opencode: rewrote bb-work/spec/status around shared autonomous completion workflow; updated implementer and SHA-bound reviewer plus review-queue; added atomic version-2 session helper with evidence-backed DONE validation and seven regression tests; footer now reports honest lifecycle/blocker totals and tracking errors. Preserved existing session files and unrelated permissions. Validation: node --test breadboard/state.test.mjs (7/7), status plugin tsc --noEmit, configuration JSON and authored-text checks passed. No end-to-end autonomous live merge/deploy test performed. Config directory is not a git checkout, so no PR exists for these local configuration edits. Awaiting independent acceptance/runtime verification, not done. Hard server enforcement remains outside this fix and is tracked separately in BB-99.
