The beta workflow now keeps its temporary bread-ecosystem clone private to the job. The stable workflow also uses a unique mktemp directory and removes only its own clone, avoiding shared runner temp cleanup races.

Verified: workflow YAML parses, extracted shell steps pass bash -n, and git diff --check passes.
