Cause

bread-theme v0.7.9's hook_subtree registers a fresh observer every time the launcher's results list re-sorts. Typing in search re-sorts on every keystroke, so it eventually hits GLib's Too many GWeakRef registered limit and the window stops responding. This was reproduced under headless Sway with typed input (see BOX-8 comments).

Fix

The registry fix (bread-ecosystem 8a3df5f, PR #52) first shipped in tag v0.8.1-rc.2. This bumps bread-theme, bread-utils, bread-screenshots and bread-launcher from v0.7.5/v0.7.9 to v0.8.1-rc.2. That matches breadbar's PR #60, so both apps link the same copy. Cargo.lock only changes those four packages.

Verification

cargo build --release --locked: clean
cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --locked -- -D warnings: clean
cargo test --workspace --locked: all pass
lint-pins.sh: all deps tag-pinned
No API changes were needed between the old pins and rc.2.
