Give each stable release run a unique temporary bread-ecosystem checkout and remove that checkout after index generation, preventing concurrent runs from deleting or overwriting each other's active clone.

Verified: parsed the workflow YAML, checked the embedded shell with bash -n, and ran git diff --check.
