Delete branch "chore/retrigger-dev-release"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Part of ECO-38. The dev-release run after the ECO-38 wiring merged failed after 6m43s with no diagnosable cause via the Forgejo API (no log endpoint). Retriggering with an empty commit to confirm this was transient runner contention (many repos' dev-release ran back to back during the rollout).
