The merged dev release failed because ci/build.sh did not exist.

Add the same pinned bread-ecosystem wrapper used by the other bakery products, with the product name breadram. The pin is 36b4ec7aea91a30e8700e442c2450bae72eeab33. No release tag is pushed.
