Breadway 572aebd282 Pin bread-ecosystem crates to v0.7.1 and document single-trunk + overlay split ... bread-theme and bread-onnx now come from git.breadway.dev tag v0.7.1 (gtk feature on theme). bread-screenshots is not on that tag, so it is pinned to rev f86e299 instead of branch=main.
