Moved the Hypridle session lock from 510 seconds to 470 seconds, ahead of the 480-second DPMS-off timeout. Added a changelog entry.

Verified the timeout ordering and git diff --check. Hypridle is installed locally, but its CLI has no config-only validation option, so I did not start the idle daemon in the active session.

Closes #43

fix: lock before turning off the display d7c6483222

Move the idle session lock ahead of DPMS-off so waking the screen after eight minutes of inactivity always returns to a locked session.
