Starts at 0.6.2, no backfill of older releases. The [Unreleased] section covers everything merged into main since v0.6.1, including #12 (breadsearch drop) and #13 (console flash fix, pending merge). Will need a final pass to fold in whatever else lands before 0.6.2 is tagged, then rename [Unreleased] to the release header.

Refreshing this file before tagging is now documented as a release-process step (see the file's own header).

docs: add CHANGELOG.md, starting at 0.6.2 7741881a7a

Keep a Changelog style, one section per BOS release tag. Each section
pairs a technical list (bread-ecosystem binary version pins that
changed since the previous release, plus BOS-level ISO/installer/CI
changes) with a plain-language summary of what changed and why.
Earlier releases are not backfilled; this starts at 0.6.2.

Refreshing this file is now part of the BOS release process.

docs: pull real per-binary changes into the changelog, not just pins 22e1b49727

Checked bakery and bread-theme's own commit history directly (they
share one workspace version in bread-ecosystem, version.workspace =
true), rather than assuming the pin bump meant a functional change.
bread-theme has the real change (per-output palettes and
window-scoped theme binding). bakery's pin moved only because it
ticks up in lockstep with any workspace release. Also lists every
unchanged pin explicitly, verified against the v0.6.1 tag's lockfile
rather than the immediately preceding bread-ecosystem tag, so this
reflects what actually shipped last time.
