Calamares now propagates finalization failures instead of ignoring the shellprocess exit status. Post-install collects failures for the installed kernel, mkinitcpio, GRUB install, grub-mkconfig, generated kernel entry, and UEFI fallback loader. The complete script output is written to /var/log/bos-install.log after the target log mount is established.

Verified with bash -n, shellprocess YAML parsing, git diff --check, and a successful FAST_BUILD=1 ISO build. The build emitted the existing nbd-client initramfs hook warning. The required UEFI and BIOS VM installs, including a deliberately failed grub-install Calamares run, have not been completed.

This PR card tracks BOS-25 / PR #55. Injected-failure and normal UEFI/BIOS acceptance tests are still missing; reviewer found the PR unmergeable. Parent BOS-25 is TODO. Synchronizing card status to TODO.

PR #55 has the implementation and static failure-path checks recorded on the rebased head. A normal UEFI install, normal BIOS install, and injected grub-install failure page remain unverified; BOS has no ordinary push CI. Moving the implementation to REVIEW for the requested handoff. Do not treat as verified or done until those acceptance checks are recorded.
