Delete branch "fix/bos-31-graphics-drivers"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Ship intel-media-driver, Intel and AMD Vulkan ICDs, the Vulkan loader and vulkaninfo. Correct the manifest comment to distinguish Mesa's AMD VA-API backend from Intel's separate driver.
Verified exact manifest entries, official Arch package availability and git diff --check. No render device is exposed on this worker, so Intel vainfo and Vulkan device acceptance is coordinated with headless hardware review and remains outstanding.
Closes #31
Independent source review PASS at
c9626098ac. The manifest includes Intel media driver, Intel/AMD Vulkan ICDs, Vulkan loader and diagnostic tools once each; the corrected comment distinguishes AMD Mesa VA-API from Intel's separate driver. Diff check passes and no CI statuses are configured. Intel vainfo and vulkaninfo hardware acceptance remain outstanding; package inclusion alone does not prove decoding or a working device.
