window.breadbar-panel was the one popover surface still hardcoded to border-radius: 14px while every sibling (history / notification-card / wifi-add-dialog) uses {radius_card}. A hard-edged theme then got a rounded control panel. Now consistent; default 14->12px, goldens re-blessed. Bumps to v0.7.9 — the breadbar/breadbox repins target this.
