Bumps workspace.package.version 0.7.12 -> 0.8.0 (Cargo.toml + the workspace-member entries in Cargo.lock) and rolls bread-theme's CHANGELOG Unreleased section into 0.8.0, ahead of tagging v0.8.0-rc.1 then v0.8.0 per docs/release-channels.md.

0.8.0 ships epic PYWAL (#36): native palette extraction behind the new off-by-default extract feature, the bread-owned palette cache and terminal sequences. Gating palette_from_image / generate_output behind a feature is an API break for consumers, hence a minor bump rather than 0.7.13.

Relates to ECO-33.
