hermes now runs BOS and is moving to the /usr/local system prefix like any other BOS install, so the comments in bakery/src/prefix.rs and bakery/README.md that named it as the user-local case were wrong. They now say the user-local default is for plain get.sh (non-BOS) installs.

This only changes comments and docs. Prefix resolution behaves exactly as before.

PR: #57

This updates the user-local prefix notes to identify plain get.sh installs only. The change is documentation and comments, with prefix behavior unchanged. CI is running; I verified the repository lint, format, Clippy, tests, and extract-feature build locally.

CI update: Forgejo still reports the required check as Waiting to run (run 259). The full local CI check set has passed, including all test feature sets. The issue remains in DOING until the Forgejo check completes.
