Until now the only CI was cargo build --bin (dev-bakery/dev-bread-theme) + release workflows — nothing clippy'd or tested, and the gtk-gated per-monitor bind module never compiled in CI. Runs clippy + test on feature//fix//main, once plain and once --features gtk. fmt not gated (27 files unclean — separate change).
