Installs ffmpeg in the CI image (ci/deps.txt): the importer tests run ffprobe, which the shared Arch image does not include, so they failed on every run. Drops the pull_request trigger from check.yml: every other app checks pushes to feature/** and fix/** only, and on a pull_request event GITHUB_REF_NAME is like 10/merge, so the checkout step failed at once and left every PR with a permanently red check. Follow-up to ECO-38.

ci: install mkvtoolnix-cli for breadarr's importer tests

Details

9e37082a53

Four importer tests (import_one_* and remux_backlog_*) run mkvmerge,
which the shared Arch image does not include, so they failed with
"failed to run mkvmerge -J" even once ffmpeg was installed. Found by
replaying the check locally through ci/build.sh.
