Delete branch "chore/retrigger-dev-release"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Part of ECO-38. The dev-release run after the ECO-38 wiring merged failed after 4m9s with no diagnosable cause via the Forgejo API (no log endpoint). Local reproduction of the exact same checkout/dev-deps.sh/build commands succeeded cleanly. Retriggering with an empty commit to confirm this was transient runner contention (many repos' dev-release ran back to back during the rollout).
