Delete branch "fix/eco38-tmp-race-glob"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Same fix as breadbar, dev-release.yml only (check.yml already used the safe per-workflow mktemp prefix and never had the glob). Root cause confirmed from the forgejo-runner journal on Hestia: the clone bread-ecosystem (main) step's rm -rf /tmp/bread-ecosystem-ci-* glob deletes a concurrently running job's own bread-ecosystem clone on this shared self-hosted host executor.
Part of ECO-38.
