User feedback: "the settings screen could do with a makeover." Currently it's three bare HTML tables with inline unstyled add-forms and native checkboxes — reads as a raw admin form rather than part of the product. Redesign: wrap each section (Projects, Synced repos, Notifications) in a real card panel, give the add-forms a distinct visually-grouped treatment with the primary button style, turn enabled/disabled/archived into colored pill badges instead of just dimming, and restyle the notification checkboxes as toggle switches.
