No way to move an issue to a different project (and thus a different synced repo) from the drawer. Add a Project selector to IssueDrawer; moving re-keys the issue from the target project's counter, best-effort closes the old linked Forgejo issue with a note, and re-creates it fresh on the new project's repo if one is mapped.
