feature: move an issue between projects, render markdown bb0e0c5475

- PUT /api/issues/{key}/project moves an issue to a different project:
  re-keys it from the target project's counter, best-effort closes the
  old linked Forgejo issue with a note, and re-creates it fresh on the
  new project's repo if one is mapped. Wired into IssueDrawer as a
  Project selector.
- description and comment bodies now render as sanitized markdown
  (marked + DOMPurify) instead of raw text; description gets an
  Edit/Preview toggle so it stays editable as plain markdown source.
