The keyboard-selected card ring (.card.kb) used outline + positive outline-offset, which draws outside the card's border box. .cards only sets overflow-y:auto, but per spec that forces overflow-x to compute as auto too, so the outline gets clipped at the column edges. Fixed by switching to an inset box-shadow ring (like .selected already uses) so it never bleeds outside the card's own box.

Follow-up: the same clipping also showed up on hover (a non-inset drop shadow + translateY lift), which wasn't caught by the first pass since it's a separate rule from .kb. Fixed the same way — hover now uses only an inset ring, no outward shadow or transform.
