fix: keyboard-select outline clipping, settings layout + filters cab2eadc5d

- .card.kb used outline+offset, which draws outside the card's border
  box; .cards' overflow-y:auto forces overflow-x to compute as auto
  too (per spec), so the ring got clipped at column edges. Switched to
  an inset box-shadow ring instead, matching .selected.
- Settings: .wrap was left-anchored on wide viewports instead of
  centered. Centered it, and added a live filter input + match count
  to both the Projects and Synced repos tables (now ~18 rows each).
