Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Follow-up to the closes/closed-by linking (BB-40) — the user wanted the merge-into-one-card option after seeing the link-only version still shows two cards. A PR with a "closes" link is now filtered out of store.filtered (Board + Backlog both derive from it), and its state surfaces as a small badge on the issue's own card instead (open = accent ring, merged/closed = green). The PR's own drawer is still reachable via the "closed by" link chip on the issue.
