Status colors are currently hardcoded and inconsistent per-view: Backlog only colors doing/done pills, Roadmap's progress bar colors all 5 statuses with its own hex values, Board has no status color at all. Define one set of --status-* tokens in app.css and use them everywhere a status shows up.
