web: visual polish — status colors, hierarchy, typography

- one shared set of --status-* color tokens, used consistently across
  Board columns, Backlog pills, and Roadmap progress bars/child pills
  (previously inconsistent/hardcoded per view, and absent on Board)
- board columns get a colored top accent + status dot for at-a-glance
  scanning instead of five identical gray boxes
- primary actions (active nav tab, "+ New") get a filled accent
  treatment instead of every button reading as equally important
- small brand mark next to the wordmark in the header
- typography pass: heavier card titles, bolder/larger section headers,
  tighter letter-spacing on the Roadmap heading
