Adds a private rotating log for keycode/modifier metadata, search focus, query duration/result counts, and a 500 ms GLib heartbeat. breadbox --bug-report prints recent diagnostic-target events with allowlisted session context, excluding typed text and raw environment values.

Verified with cargo test --workspace (14 tests), cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings, cargo build --workspace, and targeted rustfmt checks. cargo fmt --all -- --check reports existing formatting differences in untouched breadbox-sync/src/main.rs.
