Two CI changes, both follow-ups to ECO-38. (1) ci/build.sh clones bread-ecosystem into a private temp dir, marks it .ready and renames it into place under a lock, instead of a non-atomic check-then-clone with a glob rm -rf. (2) ci/bread-ecosystem.rev moves to bread-ecosystem 7e27d78, which adds the per-product build lock and mounts the host's /etc/passwd and /etc/group into the build container. Without the latter dbus-daemon refuses every connection, so the twelve fake-NetworkManager tests in tests/cli.rs failed on every run; with it the full suite passes locally through the shared script. Supersedes #17 and #18.

  checkout another job was building from.
- ci/bread-ecosystem.rev moves to bread-ecosystem 7e27d78,
  which adds the per-product build lock and mounts the host's
  /etc/passwd and /etc/group into the build container. Without the
  latter, dbus-daemon refuses every connection (the container uid has no
  passwd entry), so the twelve fake-NetworkManager tests in tests/cli.rs
  failed on every run.
