Bumps breadpaper 0.1.15 -> 0.2.0 ahead of tagging v0.2.0-rc.1 then v0.2.0.

0.2.0 is the first release without pywal (#6, epic PYWAL): palettes are extracted natively through bread-theme v0.8.0's extract feature, written to bread-theme's own cache, the shipped LICENSE bundles the ImageMagick and IJG notices, and breadpaper get reads current.json instead of ~/.cache/wal/wal. A minor bump because get()'s source of truth and the system dependencies changed.

Relates to PAPER-5.
