Give each stable release run a unique temporary bread-ecosystem checkout and remove that checkout when the index generation step exits. This prevents concurrent runs from deleting or overwriting one another's active clone.

Verified: workflow YAML parses, the embedded shell passes bash -n, and git diff --check passes.
