Adds sof-firmware and alsa-firmware to the ISO package manifest, adds a smoke-test assertion for installed sof-firmware, and documents the audio firmware change in the Unreleased changelog.

Verified with bash -n scripts/smoke-test.sh, git diff --check, and checks that both firmware packages and the smoke assertion are present.

Closes #30
