Delete branch "feature/breadbug-reload"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Small IPC addition needed by the bos-settings page (BSET-50). Stacked on #31.
bug.reloadre-reads~/.config/bread/breadbug.tomland appliesexcluded_appsimmediately; newly excluded apps have their stored data wiped (otherwise a user who excludes an app in settings would have to restart breadd for it to stop being recorded). Everything else in that file is still read at startup. API 1.8 (same minor as the otherbug.*methods, not yet released).Tests: integration test that excludes an app via the file, reloads, checks its data is gone, new logs for it are refused, and other apps are unaffected.
check-docspasses, clippy clean.
