Part of ECO-34.

src/theme.rs described bread-theme's shared stylesheet as generated "from
the pywal palette". bread-theme now extracts the palette natively and pywal
is being removed across the ecosystem, so the comment is updated. Comment
only, no behaviour change.

The stale copy at packaging/src/breadhelp-0.2.0/src/theme.rs mentioned in
the issue is gitignored build output (makepkg extraction), not tracked in
git, so there is nothing to change there.

Verified: cargo build succeeds. cargo fmt --check reports pre-existing
formatting diffs in src/cli.rs unrelated to this change (no Rust source
touched there), left alone to keep this PR scoped to wording.
